Guns and Voting in Nebraska

Concealed guns are always prohibited in churches and schools with a few exceptions for law enforcement and security. With the repeal of the concealed carry permit requirement, it is currently unclear if concealed firearms will be allowed at polling locations by voters, election workers, and poll watchers when they aren’t located in schools and churches.
